Overseeding
What is overseeding?
Overseeding is spreading new grass seed directly on top of your current turf and/or bare areas. Doing this will help to fill in bare patches and create a thicker, greener lawn. It is a good idea to occasionally add newer, younger grass to your turf to keep it strong and healthy.
When should my lawn be overseeded?
- For cool season grass such as fescue, it is best to overseed during the early fall.
- For warm season grass such as Bermuda, it is best to overseed late-spring through early summer.

Lawn Fungicides Service Process
- Assessment: Our experienced team conducts a thorough assessment of your lawn to identify existing fungal diseases, such as rust, mildew, blight, brown patch, dollar spot, and spring dead spots. We also evaluate the overall health of your grass and soil conditions.
- Customized Treatment Plan: Based on the assessment findings, we develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your lawn's specific needs and the types of fungi present. We highly recommend applying two fungicides per year, once in the spring and once during early fall, to effectively control and prevent fungal diseases.
- Application: We apply targeted fungicides with precision, focusing on areas prone to fungal infections and ensuring thorough coverage for maximum effectiveness.
